摘要
共享经济快速发展的时代背景下,“平台+个人”的这种新型用工模式应运而生。该用工模式为企业的进步与经济的发展发挥出了巨大价值,但同时也为企业的人事管理带来了诸多挑战。平台企业要想实现健康且稳定的发展,就必须重视并加强对新型用工模式的规范管理,从而减少劳资关系纠纷的产生。本文以平台企业的网络用工模式为切入点,对平台企业网络用工中存在的问题及其解决对策展开讨论,以期实现新时代背景下用工关系的可持续发展。
Under the background of the rapid development of sharing economy,the new employment mode of"platform+individual"came into being.This employment mode has played a great value for the progress and economic development of the enterprise,but it also brings many challenges to the personnel management of the enterprise.In order to achieve healthy and stable development,platform enterprises must pay attention to and strengthen the standardized management of the new employment mode,so as to reduce the occurrence of labor relations disputes.This paper takes the network employment mode of platform enterprises as the entry point,and discusses the problems existing in the network employment of platform enterprises and their solutions,in order to realize the sustainable development of employment relations in the new era.
