全科医生临床能力培训效果评价及影响因素分析

Effect Evaluation and Influencing Factors of Clinical Competence Training for General Practitioners

目的:探讨临床能力培训对全科医生综合水平提高的效果并分析其可能的影响因素。方法:从2020年2月份起到次年9月份期间某社区的全科医生中随机抽取84名,由当地三级综合医院职称在副主任及以上的全科医师对其就临床能力进行相关培训。观察比较全科医生培训前后职业素质、病史采集、病例分析、体格检查、基本操作和辅助检查等临床能力的改变及其所服务的患者的满意度。结果:全科医生在培训后在职业素质、病史采集、病例分析、体格检查、基本操作和辅助检查上的得分均高于培训前(P<0.05),其主要影响因素有工作年限,培训前临床能力得分及学历有关,其所服务患者的满意度在培训后有较明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论:对全科医生进行继续教育,临床能力的再次培训,能有效提高其临床实践能力,为患者提供更好的服务,建议推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical ability training on general practitioners'comprehensive level and analyze its possible influencing factors.Methods:During February 2020 to September 2021,84 general practitioners in a community were randomly selected,and were trained by the general practitioners with the title of deputy director or above in the local tertiary general hospital on their clinical ability.The changes of professional quality,medical history collection,case analysis,physical examination,basic operation,auxiliary examination and other clinical abilities of general practitioners before and after training,and the satisfaction of patients served were observed and compared.Results:The scores of general practitioners in professional quality,medical history collection,case analysis,physical examination,basic operation and auxiliary examination after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05).The main influencing factors were working years,scores of clinical ability before training and educational background.The satisfaction of patients served by general practitioners after training was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing education and retraining of clinical ability for general practitioners can effectively improve their clinical practice ability and provide better services for patients,which should be recommended to promote.
