摘要
本文基于2010-2020年中国制造业上市公司数据,通过文本分析测度企业数字技术应用水平,实证考察数字技术应用对企业国际化战略的影响,并进一步探讨了企业实施国际化战略能否提升创新绩效以及数字技术应用如何影响国际化战略对企业创新绩效的作用效应。研究结果显示:(1)数字技术应用显著提升了企业国际化广度和深度;(2)国际化广度对企业创新绩效具有显著的促进效应,但国际化深度影响不显著;(3)数字技术应用的介入提高了企业国际化广度和深度对创新绩效的积极影响,提升了国际化战略的创新增值作用。
Based on the data of listed companies in China's manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2020,this paper measures the level of digital technology application in enterprises through text analysis,empirically examines the impact of digital technology application on enterprises'internationalization strategy,and further discusses whether enterprises'implementation of internationalization strategy can improve innovation performance and how digital technology application affects the effect of internationalization strategy on enterprises'innovation performance.The results show that:(1)The application of digital technology has significantly improved the breadth and depth of enterprise internationalization;(2)Internationalization breadth strategy has a significant impact on the innovation performance of enterprises,but the impact of internationalization depth strategy is not significant;(3)The involvement of digital technology application has improved the positive impact of the breadth and depth of enterprise internationalization on innovation performance,and enhanced the innovative value-added role of internationalization strategy.
