BSC模型下海尔智家数字化转型的战略绩效评价体系研究

Research on Strategic Performance Evaluation of Haier Smart Home Digital Transformation Based on the BSC Model

数字化正在成为推动我国经济持续平稳发展的重要驱动力,建立科学规范的数字化转型战略绩效评价体系能够为我国企业数字化转型指明方向。以财务数据为主的传统绩效评价已无法全面真实的反映企业的转型绩效数字化。针对该局限性,本文以海尔智家的战略为导向,绘制了海尔智家数字化转型战略地图,并借助平衡计分卡构建战略绩效评价数字化转型战略评价体系。结果表明海尔智家数字化转型效果显著。评价体系的构建为企业指明转型方向,对企业成功进行数字化转型具有重要意义。

Digitization has become an important driving force to promote the sustained and stable development of China's economy.The establishment of a scientific and standardized digital transformation strategy performance evaluation system can indicate the direction for the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.It is found that the traditional performance evaluation based on financial data cannot fully and truly reflect the digitalization of enterprise transformation performance.In view of this limitation,this paper draws a digital transformation strategy map based on the strategy of Haier’s smart home.On this basis,a strategic performance evaluation digital transformation strategy evaluation system is established with the help of balanced score card.The evaluation results show that Haier’s smart home digital transformation effect is remarkable.The construction of evaluation system points out the direction of transformation for enterprises,which is of great significance to the successful digital transformation.
