Analysis on Capital Structure Optimization of Gree Electric Appliance

债务与企业股权之间的相互作用组成资本结构。资本结构作为企业财务管理当中关键的研究对象并且是影响企业财务状况的一个重要内容,它在很大程度上能够把义务与企业利益相关者权利的本质表现出来,同时对企业的治理结构存在着重大的作用,从而进一步影响企业的价值和行为。合理的资本结构能让资本成本变低、让整个企业的价值变高,甚至能够协助企业在家电市场的竞争之中占据主导地位。因此,较为准确地研究资本结构优化问题对当前阶段我国的家电行业有很重要的意义。本文选取了我国珠海民营家电企业格力电器作为研究对象,分析格力电器所处的行业背景和企业的整体情况以及企业资本结构形成过程,以期能够提醒其他类似企业,使这种类型企业能够顺利运行,避免在运行当中出现差错。

Capital structure is composed of the relationship between debt and enterprise equity.As an important research content in enterprise financial management and one of the important indicators to reflect the financial situation of enterprises,it is a concentrated reflection of obligations and the rights of enterprise stakeholders.It has an important impact on corporate governance structure,thus further affecting the value and behavior of enterprises.Reasonable capital structure can reduce the cost of capital,improve the overall value of enterprises,and even help enterprises win the position in the fierce competition in the market.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of capital structure more accurately in the current stage of home appliance industry in China.This paper selects Gree Electric Appliance,a private household appliance enterprise in Zhuhai,as the research object,analyzes the industry background and the overall situation of Gree Electric Appliance and the formation process of enterprise capital structure,and looks forward to reminding other similar enterprises.So that this type of enterprise can run smoothly,avoid errors in operation.
