人力资源管理对员工工作绩效的影响研究

摘要 现代社会经济快速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的企业认识到在这个社会生存下去并且获得竞争优势的关键在于充分发挥员工的作用,并且在人力资源管理中,员工的工作状态、行为模式、工作绩效均受其影响。本文通过总结分析在现代社会人力资源管理的问题以及人力资源管理与员工工作绩效存在何种关系,并且引入分配公平这一要素,从归因理论与信号理论这两个视角出发,探讨人力资源管理对员工工作绩效的影响过程。本研究为管理者对此进行管理提供了相应的实践意义。 With the rapid development of modern social economy and the market competition becoming more and more fierce,more and more enterprises realize that the key to survive in this society and gain competitive advantages is to give full play to the role of employees,and in the human resource management,employees'working status,behavior mode and work performance are affected by it.By summarizing and analyzing the problems of human resource management in modern society and the relationship between human resource management and employee performance,and introducing the element of allocation fairness,this paper discusses the influence of human resource management on employee performance from the perspectives of attribution theory and signal theory.This study provides the corresponding practical significance for the managers to manage this work.
