浅析中小企业对外直接投资现状与对策

Analysis of SME Foreign Direct Investment Status and Countermeasures

改革开放以来,特别是我国加入WTO后各大企业积极融入世界经济体系,我国中小企业逐渐在全球范围内实现资源优化配置。利用好我国中小企业对外直接投资的先天优势,同时避免盲目对外投资造成投资风险,这对我国经济水平的提高以及在国际贸易中地位的提升具有重要作用。文章通过对我国中小企业对外直接投资的现状、机遇及挑战进行分析,探究中小企业和我国政府作为投资过程的参与者,应分别进行怎样的优化管理和改革创新,为企业投资活动创造更加优质便利的环境,为国内外经济市场的发展提供无限可能性。

Since the reform and opening up,especially after the entry of WTO,the enterprises have been actively integrated into the world economic system.Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually realized the optimization of resource allocation in global scope.Taking advantage of the innate advantages of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises'foreign direct investment while avoiding blind foreign investment risks plays an important role in the improvement of our economic level and the promotion of our status in international trade.By analyzing the current situation,opportunities and challenges of foreign direct investment of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper explores how small and medium-sized enterprises and Chinese government,as participants in the investment process,should optimize management and reform and innovation respectively,to create more quality and convenient environment for enterprise investment activities,and provide infinite possibilities for the development of domestic and foreign economic market.
