两种祛泡剂对肠镜检查肠道准备的效果影响

Effect of two kinds of defoaming agents on bowel preparation for colonoscopy

目的探讨西甲硅油和二甲硅油在肠道准备中的作用。方法选取2021年1~12月于温州医科大学附属第一医院行肠镜检查的300例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为A、B、C三组,每组各100例。A组患者服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备;B组患者在A组的基础上联合西甲硅油祛泡剂行肠道准备;C组患者在A组的基础上联合二甲硅油祛泡剂行肠道准备,比较三组患者肠道内气泡量评分、肠镜检查时间、生理盐水冲洗量。结果三组患者各肠段的总体气泡量评分、肠镜检查时间、生理盐水冲洗量、≤0.5cm结肠息肉检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服西甲硅油能更好地消除肠道内的气泡,提高肠道准备质量及≤0.5cm息肉的检出率。

Objective To explore the role of simethicone and dimethicone in bowel preparation.Methods A total of 300 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into three groups with 100 patients in each group according to random number table method.The patients in group A were treated with polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel preparation;on the basis of group A,patients in group B were prepared with simethicone;on the basis of group A,the patients in group C were prepared with dimethicone.The score of intestinal bubble volume,colonoscopy time and normal saline irrigation volume of the three groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in the overall bubble volume score,colonoscopy time,normal saline flushing volume,and detection rate of colonic polyps≤0.5 cm among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of simethicone can better eliminate the air bubbles in the intestine,improve the quality of bowel preparation,and improve the detection rate of polyps≤0.5cm.
