Research on Modernization of Ecological Gover nance in China in the New Era

实现生态治理现代化是建设社会主义强国的重要组成部分,是建设中国特色社会主义生态文明的关键要素。面对实现第二个百年奋斗目标的重要任务,要促进人与自然的和谐共生,实现生态治理现代化就要在党的领导下科学推进生态治理的现代化。在分析生态治理现代化的重要意义的基础上,指出当前推进生态治理工作中的面临的问题,提出解决问题的思路逻辑:推进负责任治理,实现多方主体协商共治;运用系统思维,设定综合治理目标;坚定中国道路,助推公平正义的世界性的生态合作对话,真正在国内国际范围内实现人与自然的和谐共处。

Realizing the modernization of ecological governance is an important part of building a strong socialist country and a key element of building a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.In the face of the important task of achieving the goal in the second 100-year and aiming to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature and realize the modernization of ecological governance,we must scientifically promote the modernization of ecological governance under the leadership of the Party.On the basis of analyzing the significance of the modernization of ecological governance,this paper points out the problems faced in the current promotion of ecological governance,and puts forward the thinking logic to solve the problems.To be specific,first,we should promote responsible governance and achieve multi-party consultation and co-governance;second,use systematic thinking to set comprehensive governance goals;and third,we should firmly adhere to the Chinese path,promote a fair and just global dialogue on ecological cooperation,thereby truly realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature at home and abroad.
