在丰富《国际战略学》《政治学研究方法》等课程教学的各项科研过程中,立足于时下的经济协议营商大背景来分析国家对外交往的相关理念,将对《国际战略学》《政治学研究方法》等课程的教学内容形成重要的前沿支撑。中国-东盟命运共同体是人类命运共同体的重要组成部分,也是推进“一带一路”倡议的重要方位。30年的对话关系,不仅使得中国与东盟的关系胜似亲密家人、是铁杆兄弟、更是革命同志,还共同促进双方合作关系成为地区合作和全球治理的典范。而2020年RCEP的签订将成为中国-东盟新关系的助推剂,更为紧密的中国-东盟命运共同体也有望在新的发展格局中继续深化和推进。双方就政治军事对话、经济贸易投资和思想文化互鉴等多方面的交流与合作进行了多次探索,并制定了一系列战略机制和交往协议。然而,当下全球范围内新冠疫情再度回流,区域内多方力量博弈以及东盟内部国家对华认知分化等诸多问题,将对双方共建中国-东盟命运共同体提出巨大挑战。中国作为巩固双方关系的建设性力量,将矢志不渝地秉持合作共赢理念,积极推进中国-东盟纵深经贸关系、巩固区域安全合作网络、增强政治互信和战略应对。

In the process of enriching the scientific research of the courses such as International Strategy and Research Methods of Political Science,analyzing the relevant concepts of national foreign communication based on the big background of current economic agreement business will form an important frontier support for the teaching contents of International Strategy and Research Methods of Political Science.The China-ASEAN community of shared future is an important part of the human community of shared future as well as the Belt and Road Initiative.The 30 years of dialogue between China and ASEAN have not only made the relationship between China and ASEAN more like a close family,a die-hard brother and a comrade of the revolution,but also jointly promoted the cooperation between the two countries as a model of regional cooperation and global governance.The signing of the RCEP in 2020 serves as a boost to the new China-ASEAN relations,and the closer China-ASEAN community of shared future is expected to continue to deepen and advance in the new development pattern.The two sides have made many explorations on exchanges and cooperation in many aspects,such as political and military dialogue,economic,trade and investment,and ideological and cultural mutual learning,and have formulated a series of strategic mechanisms and exchange agreements.However,the resurgence of COVID-19 in the world,multi-party power game in the region and the differentiation of cognition of China among ASEAN countries have posed great challenges to the joint construction of China-ASEAN community of shared future.As a constructive force for consolidating bilateral relations,China will unswervingly uphold the concept of win-win cooperation,actively promote China-ASEAN economic and trade ties,consolidate regional security cooperation network,enhance political mutual trust and strategic response.
