浅谈新课改背景下初中数学教学管理的新实践

摘要 伴随着教育部门对新课标改革的不断重视,更多的数学老师开始转变自身的教学理念和方法,紧跟时代的脚步。学生初中学习中要想提高学生综合文化素养,小组合作学习的方式是不可或缺的一部分。整个操作流程言简意赅,首先要制定明确的计划和学习目标,做到形式与内容的完美结合,老师与学生之间要保有默契度,了解学生在数学学习过程中的短板,充分发挥学习互补的特性,掌握主动权,进而激发学生学习的积极性和责任感,在老师科学课堂的引领下,初中数学学习的效果会越来越明显。 With the constant attention of education department to the reform of new curriculum standard,more and more mathematics teachers have begun to change their teaching ideas and methods to keep up with the pace of the times.In junior middle school,the way of group cooperative learning is an indispensable part to improve students’comprehensive cultural literacy.The whole operation process is concise and comprehensive.Specifically,clear plans and learning objectives should be formulated first to achieve the perfect combination of form and content.Teachers should maintain a tacit understanding with students,and clarify the weaknesses of students in the mathematics learning.This is conducive to giving full play to the characteristics of learning complementarity,mastering the initiative,and thus stimulating students’enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for learning.Under the scientific guidance of teachers in classroom,the effect of mathematics learning in junior middle school will show a more and more significant effect.
