复合型治理:共建共治共享社会治理格局的基层实践探索——以贵阳市Y生活圈建设为例

Compound Governance:Jointly Building,Jointly Governing and Sharing the Social Governance Pattern an Analysis of Grassroots Practice——Taking Y Life Circle Construction in Guiyang City as an Example

共建共治共享的社会治理格局是当前社会治理探索的重点。本研究以复合型治理理论为基础,以共建共治共享格局为出发点,通过提炼贵阳市Y生活圈建设中治理主体、治理结构、治理功能、治理价值四个维度复合治理情况,提出以政府负责为主导、社会自主为核心、健全机制为保障、信息技术为支撑的复合型治理路径,以期为共建共治共享治理格局的形成提供有益的理论参考。

The social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing is the focus of current social governance exploration.This study is based on the theory of compound governance,takes the co-construction,co-governance and sharing pattern as the starting point,and refines the four dimensions of compound governance in the construction of the Y life circle in Guiyang City,and puts forward the government responsibility as the lead,social autonomy as the core,and the improvement mechanism as the guarantee.The composite governance path supported by information technology is designed to provide a useful theoretical reference for the formation of a co-construction,co-governance and shared governance pattern.
