摘要
公共文化服务的发展,是公众文化意识的提升和文化需求由有到优转变的必然结果。城市社区作为一定地缘和血缘关系区域,是公共文化服务供给的最基本平台,城市社区公共文化服务供给效能值得研究。基于榆林市C社区的实地调研发现,社区公共文化服务供给面临供给主体单一、服务精准性不足、服务工作管理混乱及宣传工作不到位的现实困境。相应地,结合既往城市社区公共文化服务供给经验和建设,通过多元供给主体协同、树立居民需求导向、健全公共文化人才培育制度和建立双向沟通机制,提升城市社区公共文化服务供给效率效能。
The development of public cultural services is the inevitable result of the rise of public cultural awareness and the transformation of cultural needs from availability to excellence.Urban communities,as certain geo-and blood-related areas,are the most basic platform for the supply of public cultural services,and the effectiveness of the supply of public cultural services in urban communities is worth studying.Based on a field study of community C in Yulin,it was found that the supply of public cultural services in the community faces the realities of a single supply body,a lack of precision in service delivery,confusion in service management and a lack of publicity.Accordingly,in the light of past experience and construction of public cultural service provision in urban communities,the efficiency and effectiveness of public cultural service provision in urban communities can be improved through the collaboration of multiple supply subjects,the establishment of a demand-oriented approach for residents,a sound public cultural talent cultivation system and the establishment of a two-way communication mechanism.
