基于PESTNPG分析理论的西餐厅发展战略环境研究

摘要 随着经济全球化、全球文化大融合、以及人民生活质量的提高,越来越多的人开始关注西餐,餐饮行业由此发展越来越炽盛。科技的发展,技术的变革缩减了西餐厅的经营成本,新进入者越来越多,低成本低价格的西餐厅和各种餐饮连锁店不断占领市场,加之餐饮行业增长缓慢,市场份额有限,竞争环境逐渐加剧。为了发展战略的有效实施,关于西餐厅所面临的外部环境的研究至关重要。在PEST分析理论的基础上,利用PESTNPG分析理论研究西餐厅的宏观发展战略环境,充分挖掘企业外部环境资源,同时为同类型企业制定战略提供依据。 With the economic globalization,the great integration of global culture,and the improvement of people's quality of life,more and more people begin to pay attention to western food,the development of the catering industry is becoming more and more vigorous.The development of science and technology and technological change have reduced the operating cost of western restaurants.There are more and more new entrants,and Western restaurants with low cost and low price and various restaurant chains continue to occupy the market.In addition,the growth of the catering industry is slow,and the market share is limited.In order to effectively implement the development strategy,it is very important to study the external environment of western restaurants.On the basis of PEST analysis theory,this paper uses PESTNPG analysis theory to study the macro-development strategic environment of western restaurants,fully excavates the external environmental resources of enterprises,and provides a basis for formulating strategies for the same type of enterprises.
