摘要
人口质量的提升在于人口文化素质的提高,而人口文化素质的提高主要依靠教育。整体上民族地区文化水平呈向上发展的良好态势,但仍有个别地区缺乏接受教育的热情,受教育意识不强,这成为当地人口质量进一步发展的阻碍因素。基于此,笔者试图从受教育主体本身的内在动因出发,探讨民族地区人口质量发展的问题。通过对黔东南州G村的个案调查发现该村对教育需求的内生动力不足,当地传统的生产方式、文化习俗及教育回报是造成村民教育需求缺乏的主要原因,导致当前的教育不能有效地提升学生的科学文化素质。分析该村村民教育需求内在动力不足的现实困境,探索民族地区人口质量提高的路径与方案,以促进民族地区的可持续发展。
The improvement of population quality lies in the improvement of population cultural quality,which mainly depends on education.On the whole,the cultural level of ethnic minority areas has shown a good trend of upward development,but there are still some areas that lack enthusiasm for education and lack a strong sense of education,which has become an obstacle to the further development of the local population quality.Based on this,the author tries to discuss the problem of population quality development in ethnic areas from the internal motivation of the educated subject itself.Through the case study of G Village in Qiandongnan Prefecture,it is found that the village lacks the endogenous power for education demand.The local traditional production mode,cultural customs and educational returns are the main reasons for the lack of villagers'education demand,leading to the current education can not effectively improve the scientific and cultural quality of students.This paper analyzes the realistic predicament of the lack of internal motivation of the villagers'education demand in this village,and explores the path and scheme to improve the population quality in ethnic minority areas,so as to promote the sustainable development of ethnic minority areas.
