摘要
近年来,商业银行不良贷款率较高是令银行头痛的重要问题之一。通过将博彩文化这一非正式制度纳入商业银行不良贷款率的分析发现:商业银行所在地的博彩文化氛围越浓厚,其不良贷款率越高。进一步研究发现,地区法治环境对博彩文化的负向效应具有明显的抑制作用。研究为商业银行识别不良贷款成因、化解不良贷款危机、提高金融机构资金利用效率提供了思路。
In recent years,the high non-performing loan ratio of commercial Banks is one of the important problems that make the bank headache.By analyzing the informal system of gambling culture,we find that the stronger the gambling culture,the higher the non-performing loan rate.Further research revealed that the regional legal environment has a significant inhibitory effect on the negative effect of gambling culture.The research provides ideas for commercial banks to identify the causes of non-performing loans,resolve the non-performing loan crisis,and improve the efficiency of capital utilization of financial institutions.
