乡村振兴战略背景下乡村数字经济发展的典型模式分析

Analysis on the Typical Pattern of Rural Digital Economy Development under the Background of the Strategy of Revitalizing the Countryside

乡村数字经济的发展是实现乡村振兴战略、农业农村现代化目标的关键之举,本文基于对乡村数字经济发展的重要现实意义的分析,采用理论陈述与案例分析的方法,在文献研究动态基础上,对乡村数字经济相关概念进行阐释,并探索和梳理了乡村数字经济实践依据,同时从农村、农业、农民三个角度切入剖析其作用机制;本文主体部分简要分析贵州省余庆县“区块链养猪”模式、塘约村“网上选地种菜”模式以及息烽模式,最终基于三个典型模式发展情况总结经验启示并针对性地提出四条建议促进乡村数字经济的发展:一是依靠政府提供政策支持,二是夯实数字基础设施建设,优化乡村数字环境,三是提高相关主体参与度及参与能力,四是实现乡村产业数字化转型。

The development of rural digital economy is the key to realize the rural revitalization strategy and the goal of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the analysis of the importance of rural digital economy development,this paper adopts the method of theoretical statement and case study analysis to explain the concept of rural digital economy based on the dynamics of literature research,explore and sort out the basis of rural digital economy practice,and analyze its mechanism from the perspectives of rural,agriculture and farmers.The main part of this paper briefly analyzes the"block chain pig farming"model in Yuqing County of Guizhou Province,the"online land selection and vegetable growing"model in Tangyue Village and the Xifeng model,and finally summarizes the experience and inspiration based on the development of the three typical models and We propose four recommendations to promote the development of rural digital economy:first,rely on the government to provide policy support;second,consolidate the construction of digital infrastructure and optimize the rural digital environment;third,improve the participation of relevant subjects and their ability to participate;and fourth,realize the digital transformation of rural industries.
