Nowadays,China is experiencing rapid social and economic development.Meanwhile,scandals about product safety,corporate fraud,employee exploitation and environmental pollution continued to break out on the Internet.About the related reports in this field,people have begun to pay more attention to this information in life.Many stakeholders have begun to pay more attention to the quality of corporate information disclosure,and began to require companies to bear the corresponding social responsibility.At the same time,an excellent company's information disclosure helps to reduce the contradiction between the principal and the agent,make the stakeholders trust the company more,expand the value of the company,and achieve multi win.This paper takes Asia Pacific pharmaceutical industry as a case to explore the relationship between the quality of information disclosure and the value of the company,and proves that the conclusion of this paper is reasonable in reality.
