摘要
从目前的情况来看,为了促进企业与职工的共同成长发展,无论何种规模的企业,都对绩效考核工作持积极态度。绩效考核并不是简单的利益分配,而是融入企业文化内涵的人力资源管理制度,能够起到激励职工的作用。目前,国内大部分企业都已实行了绩效考核,一些体制引入较早的企业,在实际工作中会更加成熟,但也普遍存在些许问题亟待做出解决。本文首先分析企业开展绩效考核工作的重要意义,其次基于企业绩效考核地风险细分与风险评价、工作现状,从几个方面深入说明并探讨企业开展绩效考核工作的有效策略,以供参考。
From the current situation,in order to promote the common growth and development of enterprises and employees,enterprises of all sizes have a positive attitude towards performance appraisal.Performance appraisal is not a simple benefit distribution,but a human resource management system integrated with the connotation of enterprise culture,which can play a role in motivating employees.At present,most domestic enterprises have implemented performance appraisal.Some enterprises introduced systems earlier have become more mature in practical work,but there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper first analyzes the significance of enterprise performance appraisal,and then,based on the risk segmentation and risk evaluation of enterprise performance appraisal and the current situation of the work,explains and discusses the effective strategies of enterprise performance appraisal from several aspects for reference.
