上市公司投资价值分析——以贵州茅台为例

Investment Value Analysis of Limited Company——Take Kweichow Moutai as an Example

对上市公司进行投资价值分析是投资者进行投资决策时的重要前提,是在了解企业基本信息的基础上,对企业背景、市场环境,销售策略、经营状况、价值估算等进行分析研究,反映企业各项经济指标,得出科学、客观的结论。文章采用报表比较法,对贵州茅台集团偿债能力,营运能力,获利能力进行横纵向对比,并对比了同行业中同样是处于领先地位的两家白酒企业。通过研究分析发现,贵州茅台集团整体实力在同行业中始终处于领先地位,获利能力较强,投资回报率高,消费者群体较大,在市场中的份额始终呈增长趋势,值得投资。此外,本文还结合实际对贵州茅台集团的发展提供了建议。

The investment value analysis of listed companies is an important basis for investors to make investment decisions.It is based on the understanding of the basic information of the enterprise,to analyze and study the enterprise background,market environment,sales strategy,detailed financial evaluation,project value estimation,etc.,to reflect various economic indicators of the enterprise and draw scientific and objective conclusions.This paper compares the debt paying ability,operating capacity,profitability and market value of Moutai group in Guizhou by means of comparative report,and lists several leading Baijiu enterprises in the same industry.Through research and analysis,it is found that Guizhou Moutai Group is in a leading position in the same industry in all aspects of ability,with strong profitability,high return on investment,and more recognized by the public,which is worthy of investment.In addition,this paper also combined with the actual development of Guizhou Moutai Group to provide suggestions.
