摘要
本文从增权理论视角出发,描述在S儿童福利院提供社会工作服务的十年历程。其中,社会工作者经历了从理想型的专业实践到“非专业化”服务,再到嵌入过程中张力重重,最后迈向服务-学习型行动四个阶段的转变。研究聚焦于社会工作者在不同阶段的服务方式、主观体验、专业认同感等议题,也描述如何从简单的专业服务到逐步产生行动研究意识、将服务和研究结合的过程。最后,研究提出两个需要继续深入反思的议题,即中国社会工作嵌入式发展之路径和中国社会工作教育在其中扮演的角色。
This article describes ten-year social work service in a children’s welfare institute from the self-empowering perspective of social workers who undergo four stages,including conducting professional practice,undertaking non-professional practice,experiencing tensions during embeddedness and moving towards learning-service action stage.Focusing on social workers’services methods,subjective experience,professional identification,the research also describes the process that social workers transfer from service providing to action-research awareness cultivating,and finally integrating social work service and research.Two critical topics are initiated for further discussion:the approaches that further the embedding development of social work in China's Mainland and the role of social work education in this process.
