运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合罗伊适应模式对不孕症患者疾病自我感受负担、心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with Roy adaptation model on disease self-perceived burden,mental state and sleep quality of infertility patients

目的探究运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合罗伊适应模式在不孕症中的应用效果。方法选择2019年8月至2021年3月我院收治的84例不孕症患者,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础加施运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合罗伊适应模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表评定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合罗伊适应模式可改善不孕症患者的疾病自我感受负担及心理状态,提高其睡眠质量及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with Roy adaptation model in infertility.Methods A total of 84 infertility patients admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing schemes,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with Roy adaptation model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with Roy adaptation model can ameliorate the disease self-perceived burden and mental state of infertility patients,improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
