急救护理干预对马蜂蜇伤致过敏性休克患者预后的改善效果

Improvement effect of emergency nursing intervention on prognosis of patients with anaphylactic shock caused by wasp sting

目的探讨急救护理干预对马蜂蜇伤致过敏性休克患者预后的改善效果。方法根据护理干预方式的不同将40例马蜂蜇伤致过敏休克患者分为对照组(n=20,常规护理干预)和试验组(n=20,急救护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组的血液净化治疗时间、机械通气时间、重症监护病房(ICU)治疗时间以及住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的心理状态、生活能力、社会功能、生理功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急救护理干预能够促进马蜂蜇伤致过敏性休克患者的恢复,减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of emergency nursing intervention on prognosis of patients with anaphylactic shock caused by wasp sting.Methods Forty patients with anaphylactic shock caused by wasp sting were divided into control group(n=20,routine nursing intervention)and experimental group(n=20,emergency nursing intervention)according to different nursing interventions.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood purification treatment time,mechanical ventilation time,intensive care unit(ICU)treatment time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the treatment cost and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of mental state,living ability,social function and physiological function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients with anaphylactic shock caused by wasp sting,reduce inflammatory response and improve the quality of life.
