摘要
目的探讨多维度健康教育指导在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的90例肺结核患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施多维度健康教育指导。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的疾病认知度各项评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度健康教育指导可改善肺结核患者的负面情绪,提高生活质量、疾病认知度、依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional health education guidance in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received multi-dimensional health education guidance on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional health education guidance can ameliorate the negative emotion of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and improve quality of life,disease awareness and compliance.
