摘要
多巴胺是大脑奖赏系统的关键神经递质之一。同时,多巴胺和大脑奖赏系统在毒品成瘾的初始、维持、戒断和复发阶段均具有重要作用。对多巴胺系统和奖赏系统功能的深入研究将有助于揭示毒品成瘾的病理机制和发现新的药物治疗靶点。本文从多巴胺系统、多巴胺受体、多巴胺与奖赏系统、多巴胺系统与毒品成瘾过程、DA和毒品成瘾的药物治疗作一综述。
Dopamine is one of the key neurotransmitters in the brain’s reward system.At the same time,dopamine and brain reward system play an important role in the initial,maintenance,withdrawal and recurrence of drug addiction.In-depth study of the function of dopamine system and reward system will help to reveal the pathological mechanism of drug addiction and discover new drug therapeutic targets.
