90例门诊药物流产患者用药情况及结局调查分析

Analysis of Medication and Outcome of 90 Cases of Outpatient Medical Abortion

目的:分析90例门诊药物流产用药情况和结局情况。方法:回顾性分析2019年5月—2022年5月我院妇科门诊进行药物流产的90例患者临床资料,分析患者用药结局、不良反应和接受药物流产技术的原因。结果:90例药物流产者中药物流产药(米非司酮+米索前列醇)使用率占比为100%,其次为中成药、抗菌药物和雌激素;完全流产75例(83.33%),不全流产11例(12.22%),失败3例(3.33%),失联1例(1.11%);出现严重胃肠反应患者2例(2.22%),阴道出血多患者1例(1.11%),剩余77例药物流产者未出现严重的不良反应;认为药物流产技术操作简单、方便者66例(73.33%),认为人工流产手术具有一定风险者14例(15.55%),认为药物流产无创伤、疼痛少、精神压力小者10例(11.11%)。结论:药物流产主要采用米非司酮与米索前列醇酮序贯合用的方式,其临床成功率较高,且具有操作简便、无创伤等优势,同时不良反应较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze 90 cases of outpatient drug abortion medication and outcome.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent drug abortion in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022were retrospectively analyzed.After admission,all patients underwent routine gynecological examination,and drug abortion was performed with the consent of patients and their families.A table was designed to investigate and count the drug use of patients,and the drug outcome,adverse reactions and reasons for accepting drug abortion technology were analyzed.Results:Ninety cases of drug abortion drug abortion(mifepristone+misoprostol) utilization rate was 100%,followed by proprietary Chinese medicines,antibiotics and estrogen;there were 75 cases of complete abortion(83.33%),11 cases of incomplete abortion(12.22%),3 cases of failure(3.33%) and 1 case of loss of contact(1.11%).There were 2 patients(2.22%) with severe gastrointestinal reactions,1 patient(1.11%) with vaginal bleeding,and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the remaining 77 patients with drug abortion.There were 66 patients(73.33%) who thought that the operation of medical abortion was simple and convenient,14 patients(15.55%) who thought that the operation of artificial abortion had certain risk,and 10patients(11.11%) who thought that the medical abortion had no trauma,less pain and less mental stress.Conclusion:Drug abortion is mainly used in the sequential combination of mifepristone and misoprostol.The clinical success rate is high,and it has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasive and less adverse reactions.It has high clinical application value.
