自拟中药汤剂联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的效果研究

Study on Effect of Self-made Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Zoledronic Acid in Treatment of Bone Metastases

目的:探讨唑来膦酸联合自拟中药汤剂治疗骨转移癌患者的效果。方法:选取汀州医院2018年1月—2021年12月收治的100例骨转移癌患,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(自拟中药汤剂联合唑来膦酸治疗),对照组(采用唑来膦酸治疗),每组50例。比较两组镇痛效果、生活质量、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组社会、躯体、环境、心理评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸联合自拟中药汤剂治疗骨转移癌患者的效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛程度,提升生活质量,降低不良反应发生概率,具有应用安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of zoledronic acid combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of patients with bone metastasis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with bone metastases admitted to tingzhou hospital from january 2018 to december 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(treated with selfmade traditional chinese medicine decoction combined with zoledronic acid) and control group(treated with zoledronic acid)according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The analgesic effect,quality of life,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of society,body,environment and psychology in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with bone metastases,which can reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has application safety.
