延续性护理在肺癌患者靶向药物治疗中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing in Targeted Drug Therapy for Lung Cancer Patients

目的:探究肺癌患者口服靶向药物治疗期间延续性护理支持干预的应用价值。方法:选取本院2020年1月—2021年12月就诊的100例肺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为常规组和干预组,每组50例。常规组接受常规护理,干预组在此基础上接受延续性护理,比较两组服药依从性、不良反应及生活质量。结果:干预组服药依从性为94.00%,高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05);干预组皮疹、恶心呕吐发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组生理机能、总体健康、社会功能、精神健康生活质量维度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理支持干预可提高肺癌患者口服靶向药物依从性,减少不良反应,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of continuous nursing support intervention in patients with lung cancer during oral targeted drug therapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received continuous nursing on this basis.The medication compliance,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance of the intervention group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of rash,nausea and vomiting in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,general health,social function and mental health quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing support intervention can improve the compliance of oral targeted drugs in patients with lung cancer,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
