整体护理联合延续护理在缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Holistic Nursing Combined with Continuous Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的:探讨整体护理联合延续护理在缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:收集我院2019年1月—2022年2月收治的80例经琥珀酸亚铁及铁剂治疗的缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,按照护理干预方案不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予整体护理联合延续护理干预,比较两组药物不良反应、质量评分、贫血指标及护理满意度。结果:研究组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生理职能、一般健康状况、情感职能、生理机能、社会功能、精神健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组RBC、Hb、Hct水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理联合延续性护理可降低缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的不良反应发生概率,改善贫血症状、提高生活质量,且患者满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic nursing combined with continuous nursing in the treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with iron deficiency anemia treated with ferrous succinate and iron in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were collected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention schemes,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given holistic nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention.The adverse drug reactions,quality scores,anemia indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,general health status,emotional function,physiological function,social function and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of RBC,Hb and Hct in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing combined with continuous nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia,improve the symptoms of anemia,improve the quality of life,and have higher patient satisfaction.
