^(18)F-FDG PET/CT病灶自动勾画软件在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较^(18)F-FDG正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)/计算机体层成像(computed tomography,CT)病灶自动勾画软件与手工勾画测量代谢参数的差异,探讨自动勾画软件应用于弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL)的可行性。方法:选择2020年4月—2021年5月于复旦大学医学院附属华东医院就诊的52例DLBCL患者作为研究对象,使用病灶自动勾画软件及手工勾画两种方式分别测得病灶的代谢参数及病灶数量,并记录处理时长。采用Spearman秩相关分析、Wilcoxon秩和检验比较两种勾画方法获得各代谢参数值间的相关性和差异性。结果:两种勾画方法所测量的最大标准摄取值(maximum standard uptake value,SUVmax)和SUV峰值(SUV_(peak))完全一致,平均SUV(SUV_(mean))、肿瘤代谢体积(metabolic tumor volume,MTV)及病灶糖酵解总量(total lesion glycolysis,TLG)呈高度相关且差异无统计学意义,自动勾画软件的病灶探测能力及效率均高于手工勾画。结论:^(18)F-FDG PET/CT病灶自动勾画软件具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,可应用于DLBCL患者。 Objective:To compare the differences of^(18)F-FDG positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)metabolic parameters between automatic segmentation software and manual measurement,and to investigate the feasibility of applying automatic segmentation software to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods:52 patients who in Huadong Hospital of Fudan University underwent^(18)F-FDG PET/CT were selected.Metabolic parameters and number of lesions were measured by both methods,and processing time was recorded.Spearman rank correlation analysis and Wilcoxon rank test were used to compare the correlation and difference between metabolic parameters obtained by the two methods.Results:The maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax)and SUV_(peak)measured by the two outlining methods were identical,SUV_(mean),metabolic tumor volume(MTV),and total lesion glycolysis(TLG)were highly correlated and no statistical difference was observed,and the lesion detection ability and efficiency of the auto software were higher than manual measurement.Conclusion:The metabolic parameters measured by^(18)F-FDG PET/CT automatic segmentation software has good stability and reliability,and can be applied to DLBCL patients.
