摘要
碳离子因其独特的物理学(高剂量Bragg峰分布特性)及生物学(高线性能量传递特性)属性,已成为一种国际认可的尖端放射治疗技术,近年来逐步应用于临床。目前,对于碳离子放射治疗后照射剂量沉积精准性的验证,国际上尚未有成熟可靠的方法。正电子发射断层扫描(PET)探测器可采集碳离子束流引发的感生放射性副产物的分布信息,从而间接呈现射束在靶区中的高剂量区域。通过阐述应用离线PET评估碳离子放射治疗后照射剂量沉积范围准确性的原理及最新应用概况,以期为临床验证碳离子放射治疗精准性提供新方案。
Carbon ion has been a cutting-edge radiotherapy technique that is recognized by international field due to its unique physical properties(the distribution characteristics of high dose Bragg peak)and biological properties(high linear energy transfer characteristics).In recent years,carbon ion has been gradually applied in clinical practice.At present,there is no mature and reliable method to verify the precision of irradiation dose deposition after carbon ion radiotherapy.Positron emission tomography(PET)can collect the distribution information of induced radioactive by-products triggered by carbon ion radiotherapy,which can indirectly show the area of high-dose of beam in the target region.We hope to provide a new scheme for the precision of clinical verification for carbon ion radiotherapy by describing the principle and latest application of using offline PET to assess the accuracy of deposition range of exposure dose after carbon ion radiotherapy,.
