卧式心肺训练装置的研发与应用

Development and application of horizontal cardiopulmonary training device

针对血液透析患者卧式训练的需求,结合脚踏车模型,研发一种卧式心肺训练装置,以降低血液透析患者透析时低血压的发生率,提高患者生活质量及心理健康水平。该装置由卧式训练仪、固定背板和监测装置组成,卧式训练仪通过脚踏板、转轴与阻尼相连接,可调节训练强度,结合固定背板稳定性更高,监测装置一方面可根据患者心肺情况动态调整训练参数,另一方面可对危险情况进行报警,增加训练安全性,能为血液透析患者提供个性化心肺训练处方。同时将该装置应用于40例(190人次)血液透析患者,评价使用中患者的低血压发生情况。血液透析患者收缩压下降且未出现心慌出汗占14.74%(28/190),低血压症状发生率为0%(0/190)。卧式心肺训练装置可以有效降低血液透析患者透析时低血压的发生率,提高患者生活质量及心理健康水平,具有临床应用意义。

Aiming at the demand of hemodialysis patients for horizontal training,combined with the bicycle model,to develop a horizontal cardiopulmonary training device to reduce the incidence of hypotension in hemodialysis patients and improve the quality of life and mental health of hemodialysis patients.The device consisted of a horizontal training instrument,a fixed backboard and a monitoring device.The horizontal training instrument was connected with the damper through the foot pedal and the rotating shaft.The training intensity can be adjusted,and the stability was higher when combined with the fixed back board.The monitoring device,on the one hand,can dynamically adjust training parameters according to the cardiopulmonary status of patients,and on the other hand,it can warn of dangerous situations to increase the safety of training and provide personalized cardiopulmonary training prescriptions for hemodialysis patients.The device was applied to 40 hemodialysis patients with 190 person times.The decrease rate of systolic blood pressure was 14.74%(28,190),and the incidence of hypotension symptoms was 0%(0,190).The horizontal cardiopulmonary training device can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension of hemodialysis patients,improve the quality of life and mental health,and has clinical application significance.
