果实类药食同源中药多糖化学结构及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Chemical Structure and Pharmacological Effects of Polysaccharides from Medicinal and Edible Plants of Fruits

随着人们生活水平的提高,高血压、高血糖以及高血脂等的发病率不降反增,人们也逐渐意识到养生的重要性。果实类药食同源中药便逐渐进入人们的生活,该类中药可长期食用且安全性高。现代研究表明,果实类药食同源中药富含多糖类成分,这些多糖具有免疫调节、降血糖、降血脂、抗衰老等多种药理活性。在系统地检索和整理国内外学者对果实类药食同源中药进行的大量实验研究的基础上,对近10年来果实类药食同源中药中多糖成分、结构和药理作用进行归纳总结,旨在为该类中药多糖的合理应用提供依据,为其保健研究与开发提供理论基础。

With the development of the improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of many diseases such as hypertension,hyperglycemia,and hyperlipidemia had not decreased and increased,and people had gradually realized the importance of health preservation.Medicinal and edible plants of fruits had gradually entered people’s lives.It could be eaten for a long time and had high safety.Modern research indicated that medicinal and edible plants of fruits were rich in polysaccharides,it had a variety of pharmacological activities such as immune regulation,lowering blood sugar and lipids,and anti-aging et al.On the basis of systematically searching and sorting out a large number of experimental studies on medicinal and edible plants of fruits by domestic and foreign scholars,summarized the relevant article on the polysaccharide composition,structure,and pharmacological effects of the medicinal and edible plants of fruits in the past 10 years,in order to provide a basis for the rational application of polysaccharides in this type of Chinese medicine,and to provide a theoretical basis for its health protection research and development.
