中医对新型冠状病毒肺炎神经系统表现认识及防治刍识

Prevention and Treatment of Nervous System Diseases in Corona Virus Disease 2019 with Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是一种急性传染性呼吸道疾病,其传播速度快,变异株型多,对社会的危害性极大。证据表明新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)除了能引起呼吸系统症状,对神经系统也有着不可忽视的影响。COVID-19确诊患者不仅会出现常见的周围神经系统疾病如嗅觉减退、吉兰-巴利综合征等等,也可并发严重的脑血管病、脑炎、癫痫等危及生命的疾病。中医疗法已被纳入COVID-19的诊疗方案中,中医对神经系统并发症的治疗也大有可为。从中医角度分析COVID-19神经系统症状,其基本病机为湿毒郁肺,再与肺脾不足、肺脑相系、五志过极相合,邪毒从而上入脑府,引起经脉不通、神窍闭阻而出现诸证。治疗上,已病者轻症应以“治肺为本,祛邪为要”,重症应当“苏神醒志,回阳救逆”;未病者预先予以“活血通络”之法,以防传变。

Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a severe infectious disease.Its transmission speed is fast,and many mutation plant types are found,which cause great harm to the society.Evidences suggest that SARS-COV-2,in addition to causing respiratory symptoms,also has a significant effect on the nervous system.Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 not only develop common peripheral nervous system symptoms like hyposmia and Guillain-Barrésyndrome,but also cause diseases such as cerebrovascular disease,encephalitis and epilepsy that can do harm to life.TCM therapy has been included in the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19,and TCM treatment of neurological complications is also promising.Analysis of neurological symptoms of COVID-19 from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the main pathogenesis of the disease is caused by dampness and toxin stagnation of lung,with deficiency of lung and spleen,lung-brain phase system,five spirits pole,which leads to the obstruction of orifices and meridians.On the treatment,the mild disease should be“lung treatment first,then eliminsting pathogens”,severe should be“inducing resuscitation,restoring Yang”;Those who are not ill should be given the method of“promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals”in advance to prevent transmission of changes.
