Consideration of Improving the Cultural Name Card of Mazu Culture under the New History Background

分析在新的历史背景下妈祖精神“立德、行善、大爱”的不足,提出进一步完善和提升妈祖文化的内涵,塑造“救难、行善、博爱”的妈祖文化名片。

This paper analyzes the insufficient connotation of Mazu’s spirits of “being virtuous, doing good and showing boundless love” under the new history background.It is proposed that the name card of Mazu’s “being merciful, benevolent and philanthropic” should be shaped to improve the connotation of Mazu culture.
