摘要
本文采用酸浸-氰化工艺,从硫铁矿烧渣中综合回收有价金属。试验结果表明,硫酸浓度为100 g/L,浸出温度为80 ℃时,砷和铜的浸出率分别为25.77%、38.98%;氰化钠用量为3 kg/t,氰化时间为36 h时,金和银的浸出率分别为78.16%、67.90%;活性炭吸附时间为24 h时,吸附后液含金量小于1 mg/L,含银量为2.5 mg/L,金和银吸附率分别为83.33%、81.48%。
In this paper,acid leaching-cyanidation process is used to comprehensively recover valuable metals from pyrite cinder.The test results show that the leaching rates of arsenic and copper are 25.77% and 38.98% respectively whenthe concentration of sulfuric acid is 100 g/L and the leaching temperature is 80 ℃;when the dosage of sodium cyanide is3 kg/t and the cyanidation time is 36 h,the leaching rates of gold and silver are 78.16% and 67.90% respectively;when the adsorption time of activated carbon is 24 h,the gold content of the adsorbed liquid is less than 1 mg/L,and the silver content is 2.5 mg/L,and the gold and silver adsorption rates are 83.33% and 81.48% respectively.
