摘要
本文结合具体案例,以一段锌浸出渣为研究对象,针对现有磨矿体系,采用价格便宜的刚玉球替代锆球,考察不同因素对磨矿效果的影响。试验结果表明,5 mm刚玉球与3 mm锆球的磨矿效果相当,相比3 mm锆球,5 mm刚玉球可以在更低的功耗条件(磨矿时间2 min,频率20 Hz)下达到生产要求;理论上,分散剂的加入能降低矿浆黏度,但实际应用效果可能恰恰相反,分散剂的合理用量还需要进一步探索。
Combined with specific cases,this paper takes the primary zinc leaching residue as the research object,and uses the cheap corundum ball to replace the zirconium ball in view of the existing grinding system,so as to investigate the influence of different factors on the grinding effect.The results show that the grinding effect of 5 mm corundum ball is equivalent to that of 3 mm zirconium ball,compared with 3 mm zirconium ball,5 mm corundum ball can meet production requirements under lower power consumption conditions (grinding time 2 min,frequency 20 Hz);theoretically,the addition of dispersant can reduce the viscosity of pulp,but the actual application effect may be just the opposite,and the reasonable dosage of dispersant needs further exploration.
