摘要
针对水环境污染事件的应急监测特点,本研究建立了固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱法(SPME-GC/MS),快速测定水环境中酚类化合物。本方法通过石英纤维表面的固相涂层对水样中的酚类进行萃取、分离和富集,集取样、萃取、富集于一体,操作简便、快速,单个样品的前处理时间仅为30 min。此外,本研究通过气相色谱质谱法对酚类化合物进行结构判断,增加了定性准确度。
According to the characteristics of emergency monitoring of water environment pollution events,the solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS) method is established to rapidly determine phenolic compounds in water environment in this study.In this method,phenols in water samples are extracted,separated and enriched by solid phase coating on the surface of quartz fiber,which integrates sampling,extraction and enrichment,the operation is simple and fast,and the pretreatment time of a single sample is only 30 minutes.In addition,this study uses gas chromatography mass spectrometry to judge the structure of phenolic compounds,which increases the qualitative accuracy.
