Analysis of Water Resources Supply and Demand Situation in Zaozhuang City Based on Inter Regional and Inter Basin Water Transfer

新时代,随着生态文明理念认识的提高、最严格水资源管理制度的落实以及各个重点区域规划的推进,我国水资源供需形势出现明显变化。按照“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的治水新思路,枣庄市应以生态文明理念为指导,采用科学的用水需求分析方法,围绕国家重点战略发展需求和区域资源环境条件,识别当前区域水资源供需形势,为供需平衡调控决策服务。

In the new era,with the improvement of understanding of the concept of ecological civilization,the implementation of the strictest water resources management system and the promotion of the planning of various key regions,the supply and demand situation of water resources in China has changed significantly.According to the new water control idea of "water conservation priority,spatial balance,systematic governance,and dual efforts",Zaozhuang City should take the concept of ecological civilization as the guidance,adopt scientific water demand analysis methods,focus on the national key strategic development needs and regional resources and environmental conditions,identify the current regional water supply and demand situation,so as to serve for the decision-making of supply and demand balance regulation.
