Analysis on Ecological Water Conservancy Construction of the Yellow River Basin in the New Era

黄河流域生态水利建设与黄河生态保护并行不悖,二者可以协调发展。在黄河生态保护和高质量发展战略的指引下,本文对黄河流域水利设施的生态环境影响进行分析,围绕黄河重大国家战略,提出新时代推进黄河流域生态水利建设的建议。在保障黄河生态环境安全、保护人民群众生命财产安全的前提下,科学建设生态水利工程,可以推进黄河流域经济社会高质量发展。

The ecological water conservancy construction and ecological protection of the Yellow River basin go hand in hand,and they can develop in harmony.Under the guidance of the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River,this paper analyzes the ecological environment impact of water conservancy facilities in the Yellow River basin,and puts forward suggestions to promote the ecological water conservancy construction in the Yellow River basin in the new era around the major national strategy of the Yellow River.On the premise of ensuring the ecological environment security of the Yellow River and protecting the safety of people’s lives and property,scientific construction of ecological water conservancy projects can promote the high-quality economic and social development of the Yellow River basin.
