摘要 环境监管已进入精细化管理的新时代,采用智能化、信息化、数字化的监管平台已成为不可阻挡的潮流。本文采用大数据、人工智能等技术,构建生态环境智能化闭环监管模式。该模式以网格化、市场化、科技化、数据化的手段面向不同业务场景,构建了一套从问题发现、智能分拨、跟踪督办、反馈核实到问题销号的闭环管理机制,赋能多个业务监管场景应用,实现对所有环境监管业务的全天候、全覆盖、全闭环的综合管理,有效支撑污染治理巩固与提升,避免监管不到位、形式化,提升监管效率。 Environmental supervision has entered a new era of fine management,and the adoption of intelligent,information-based and digital supervision platform has become an irresistible trend.This paper adopts big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies to build an intelligent closed-loop supervision model for the ecological environment.This mode is oriented to different business scenarios by means of grid,marketization,technology and data,and constructs a closed-loop management mechanism from problem discovery,intelligent distribution,tracking supervision,feedback verification to problem cancellation,which can enable the application of multiple business supervision scenarios,achieve all-weather,full coverage and full closed-loop comprehensive management of all environmental supervision businesses,effectively support the consolidation and improvement of pollution control,avoid inadequate and formalized supervision,and improve supervision efficiency.
