摘要
某火电厂机组循环水系统采用新型水处理药剂,辅以数字化管理技术。本文结合具体案例,分析系统的污垢热阻、腐蚀速率、微生物控制和节水减排效果,以寻找一种经济、高效、新型的循环水排污减量技术路线。结果表明,此技术显著地提高火电厂的循环水浓缩倍率,系统未出现结垢、腐蚀现象,循环水排污量大幅度减少,这为后续火电厂实现经济的废水零排放奠定基础。
The circulating water system of a thermal power plant unit adopts a new type of water treatment agent,supplemented by digital management technology.Combined with specific cases,this paper analyzes the fouling thermal resistance,corrosion rate,microbial control and water saving and emission reduction effects of the system,in order to find an economic,efficient and new technology route for circulating water emission reduction.The results show that this technology significantly improves the concentration ratio of circulating water in thermal power plants,the system does not appear scaling and corrosion,and the discharge amount of circulating water is greatly reduced,which lays a foundation for the subsequent thermal power plants to achieve economic zero discharge of wastewater.
