公众生态环境满意度对比研究——以广州市为例

Comparative Analysis of Public Ecological Environment Satisfaction in Guangzhou

采用计算机辅助电话问卷调查(CATI)的方式,从生态环境质量、环境污染治理、环境管理工作和政府环保形象四方面调查了2017年和2021年广州市的公众生态环境满意度情况。分析结果表明:广州市公众总体生态环境满意度有显著提升。公众对政府环保形象的满意度较高,对生态环境质量的满意度较低,其主要短板是声和水环境质量、建筑施工治理、机动车污染治理和生活噪声治理。提升生态环境质量满意度能最有效提升总体满意度。同时,从重视公众满意度研究等方面提出了广州市提升生态环境满意度的对策建议。

The Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing System(CATI)was used to investigate the satisfaction of Guangzhou's public ecological environment in 2017 and 2022 from four aspects:ecological environment quality,environmental pollution control,environmental management and government environmental protection image.Analysis showed that the satisfaction of Guangzhou's public ecological environment has been significantly improved.The public was more satisfied with the government's image of protecting the environment,but less satisfied with the quality of the ecological environment,especially the water environment and the sound environment.The improvement of the quality of the ecological environment was most related to the improvement of the overall satisfaction.At the same time,countermeasures were proposed for improving the satisfaction of Guangzhou's public ecological environment.
