城市河流水污染整治研究——基于常德市穿紫河流域的实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用调查和实验方法对常德市穿紫河流域水质进行检测并对河水污染特征进行分析。发现穿紫河流域河水存在反臭现象,污水排水系统不科学、排水口雨污管网混接、河道淤积严重、管网破损输送效率降低、污水处理厂处理能力不足且出水标准偏低、内源污染排放、水环境容量不足等问题。建议穿紫河流域治理应遵循水质治理原则,优化水质监测与管理体系,采用源头减排与过程控制的措施,进行综合布局与系统治理,同时加大宣传力度,提高全民认知,突出技术应用,重构生态恢复系统和治理效果评价体系,为穿紫河流域水生态环境保护提供科学支撑。 By means of investigation and experiment,the water quality of Chuanzi River basin in Changde City was detected and the characteristics of river water pollution were analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in the Chuanzi River Basin,such as anti-odor phenomenon,unscientific sewage and drainage system,mixing of rainwater and sewage pipe networks at the drainage outlet,serious sedimentation in the river channel,broken pipe network and reduced transportation efficiency,insufficient treatment capacity and low effluent standard of sewage treatment plants,endogenous pollution discharge and insufficient water environment capacity.Recommended to wear purple river basin governance should follow the principle of quality management,optimizing water quality monitoring and management system,and adopt measures for process control and source reduction comprehensive layout and system management,and intensify propaganda,improve the cognitive,outstanding technical application,reconstruct ecological recovery system and governance effect evaluation system,to wear purple river basin water ecological environment protection to provide scientific support.
