摘要
将区域间国防科技工业协同发展关系稳定性的主要影响因素分为区域外环境因素、区域间关联因素和区域自身因素3类共9个因素,通过三角模糊数互补判断矩阵的排序方法,对9个因素的重要性进行排序。研究发现,9个因素对区域间国防科技工业协同发展关系稳定性的影响分为4个层次,共同发挥作用。以成德绵区域间国防科技工业协同发展为案例进行分析。
The main influencing factors of the stability of the relationship among the regional synergetic development of national defense economy are divided into three categories:external environmental factors,interregional related factors and regional own factors,which include nine factors totally.Through the ranking method of triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix,the importance of the nine factors is ranked.It is found that the nine factors have four levels of influence on the stability of the synergetic development relationship between regional defense science,technology and industry,and play a role together.Finally,the synergetic development of national defense economy among Chengdu,Deyang and Mianyang is taken as an example.
