含裂纹岩石试件注浆模拟测试系统研制及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前注浆实验多使用相似模拟材料制备类岩石试样,导致注浆加固效果评价不准、机理探析困难等问题,设计研发了一种含裂纹岩石试件注浆性能测试系统,该系统由三联同步注浆加压系统、岩石测试系统以及数据采集系统组成。首先,对同一岩性的多个岩石试件进行单轴压缩试验获得基准参数,并得到含裂纹岩石试件;其次,利用三联同步注浆加压系统进行注浆加固,并再次开展力学性能测试获得对比参数;最后,通过对注浆前后岩石试件力学性能及破坏形态进行对比,获得围岩注浆加固效果。利用该系统对淮南谢桥煤矿某巷道岩石进行测试分析,结果表明:注浆岩石试样强度性能取决于岩石强度和浆体材料中的较小值,注浆试件强度为原岩力学性质的70%~85%。该试验系统能够进行岩石裂隙注浆试验,并对揭示围岩注浆加固机理、指导现场注浆效果具有重要意义。 In view of the current problems of using similar simulated materials to prepare rock specimens for grouting experiments,which leads to inaccurate evaluation of grouting reinforcement effect and difficulty in mechanism analysis,a grouting performance testing system for rock specimens with cracks was designed and developed,which consists of a triplex synchronous grouting and pressurization system,a rock testing system and a data acquisition system.Firstly,the uniaxial compression test was carried out on multiple rock specimens of the same lithology to obtain the reference parameters,and the rock specimens with cracks were obtained.Secondly,the triple synchronous grouting pressure system was used for grouting reinforcement,and the mechanical performance test was carried out again to obtain the comparison parameters.Finally,by comparing the mechanical properties and failure modes of rock specimens before and after grouting,the effect of grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock was obtained.The system was used to test and analyze the rock of a roadway in Xieqiao coal mine in Huainan.The results show that the strength of the grouting rock sample depends on the smaller value of the rock strength and the slurry material,and the strength of the grouting sample is 70%~85%of the mechanical property of the original rock.The test system can carry out grouting test of rock fissure,and is of great significance to reveal the grouting reinforcement mechanism of surrounding rock and guide the grouting effect on site.
