摘要 为解决转载溜槽粉尘排放问题,基于现场转载溜槽的结构特点,提出了4种溜槽结构优化设计方案,通过建立实验室模型,对5种转载溜槽结构进行了粉尘排放水平测量实验,分析评价了不同优化方案的粉尘排放水平。结合数值模拟结果,对不同结构的控尘机理进行了分析。结果表明,在溜槽垂直段引入限流板能减少70%的粉尘排放,交错排布挡尘板的沉降室可以减少72%的粉尘排放,限流板叠加沉降室的方案具有最佳的控尘效果,能减少95%的粉尘排放。 In order to solve the dust emission problem inherent with the transfer chute,four design schemes of transfer chute were proposed based on the structural characteristics of a in-site transfer chute.Through the establishment of laboratory models,the dust emission level measurement experiments of five transfer chute structures were carried out,and the dust emission levels of different optimization schemes were analyzed and evaluated.Combined with the numerical simulation results,the dust control mechanism of different structures was analyzed.The results show that the dust emissions can be reduced by 70%when the restrictor plate is introduced into the vertical section of the chute,and 72%when the stilling chamber is staggered with dust baffles.The scheme of adding the restrictor plate to the stilling chamber has the lowest dust emissions,and can reduce the dust emissions by 95%.
