黄河上游龙羊峡段至李家峡段外来鱼种调查

Exotic Fish Species Survey on the Section from Longyangxia to Lijiaxia in the Upper Reaches of the Yellow River

通过研究黄河上游外来鱼类,为保护黄河上游土著鱼类资源和防范外来鱼类的入侵提供科学依据。在黄河上游龙羊峡至李家峡段,通过走访调查、现场采集和环境DNA分析的方法进行鱼类资源分析。结果显示,黄河上游龙羊峡至李家峡段内的自然水域中,共采集到鱼类29种,其中外来鱼类15种,外来鱼类的种类和数量明显呈上升趋势,部分外来鱼类已在当地水域形成自然种群;多样性分析结果表明,随着外来鱼种的入侵,增加了物种多样性;渔获物组成分析表明,土著鱼类依然是鱼类资源的主体。

The study of exotic fishes in the upper reaches of the Yellow River can provide scientific basis for protecting the indigenous fish resources of the upper reaches of the Yellow River and better controlling and preventing the invasion of exotic fishes.The fish resources are analyzed through visits and surveys,on-site collection and DNA analysis of water samples in the section from Longyangxia to Lijiaxia in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.The results show that,in the natural waters from Longyangxia to Lijiaxia in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,a total of 29 fish species are collected,including 15 species of exotic fish.The species and number of exotic fishes in the section from Longyangxia to Lijiaxia in the upper reaches of the Yellow River are obviously rising,and some exotic fishes have formed natural populations in local waters.The results of diversity analysis show that with the invasion of exotic fish species,the species diversity increased;The analysis of catch composition shows that indigenous fish are the principal part of fish resources.
