摘要
生物技术专业旨在培育出具备生物化学、分子生物学、微生物学、酶工程以及基因工程等基本知识背景,并能在生物领域从事相关工作的综合型人才。其中,基因工程综合实验课程是生物技术专业学生在走向综合型人才道路上必修的一门实验课,该实验课的学习有助于提高学生自主学习能力和创新能力。为更好地提升生物技术专业学生的综合能力,本文针对目前基因工程综合实验课中存在的问题提出一些教学改革的措施。
The major of biotechnology aims to cultivate comprehensive talents who have the basic knowledge background of biochemistry,molecular biology,microbiology,enzyme engineering,genetic engineering,and can engage in related work in the biological field.Among them,the comprehensive experiment of genetic engineering is a compulsory experimental course for biotechnology students on the road to comprehensive talents.The study of this experimental course helps to improve students’independent learning ability and innovation ability.In order to better enhance the comprehensive ability of biotechnology students,this paper proposes some teaching reform measures for the problems existing in the current genetic engineering comprehensive experiment course.
