摘要
目的:探讨大学生主动性人格与职业期望的关系以及核心自我评价和生涯适应力在二者关系中的影响作用。方法:采用主动性人格量表、职业期望量表、核心自我评价量表和生涯适应力量表对某医学院校483名学生进行测评,并分析其相关性及影响因素。结果:大学生主动性人格、核心自我评价、生涯适应力和职业期望评分分别为(59.05±9.18)分、(37.76±6.33)分、(82.04±9.07)分、(64.97±11.84)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示,任意两个量表评分之间的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.01),主动性人格正向预测职业期望(P<0.001),主动性人格通过核心自我评价影响职业期望的效应量为0.077,Bootstrap 95%CI为[0.003,0.151];主动性人格通过生涯适应力影响职业期望的效应量为0.115,Bootstrap 95%CI为[0.060,0.181],主动性人格依次通过核心自我评价和生涯适应力影响职业期望的效应量为0.091,Bootstrap 95%CI为[0.046,0.143]。结论:主动性人格不仅可以直接影响职业期望,还可以通过核心自我评价和生涯适应力间接影响职业期望。
Objective:To explore the relationship between college students′ proactive personality and career expectations and the influence of core self-evaluation and career adaptability on the relationship between the two. Methods:A total of 483 students from a medical school were evaluated by the Proactive Personality Scale,Career Expectation Scale,Core Self-Evaluation Scale,and Career Adaptability Scale,and their correlation and influencing factors were analyzed. Results:The scores of college students′ active personality,core self-evaluation,career adaptability,and career expectation were(59. 05±9. 18) points,(37. 76±6. 33) points,(82. 04±9. 07)points,and(64. 97±11. 84)points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the scores of any two scales was statistically significant(P<0. 01). The proactive personality positively predicted career expectations(P=0. 001). The proactive personality affected career expectations through core self-evaluation with an effect size of 0. 077,and the Bootstrap 95%CI was[0. 003,0. 151]. The proactive personality affected career expectations through career adaptability with an effect size of 0. 115,and the Bootstrap95%CI was[0. 060,0. 181]. The effect size of proactive personality affecting career expectations through core self-evaluation and career adaptability was 0. 091,and the Bootstrap 95%CI was[0. 046,0. 143]. Conclusion:Proactive personality could directly affect career expectations and indirectly affect career expectations through core self-evaluation and career adaptability.
